Bernard J. Putz, Ph.D., MA, MBA, CAPS, spent 35 years leading change in some of America’s leading organizations as a consultant and later as an executive. He was also part of the leadership team of the change and innovation practice of a major global consultancy. His background in psychology, organization development, and business has helped him deliver extraordinary results.

Lately, Bernard created the human energy concept, which tries to help us understand life through the lens of seeing human energy as mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual energies that flow from the past to the present, within individuals, and between people in families, groups, and organizations.

Now, he focuses on helping seniors age with dignity wherever they may call home. He has completed certifications in Aging in Place, Healthy Aging, Gerontology, Big Data, AI, and FinTech.

His goal is to transform the aging experience by focusing on human energy.
